Ingredients (for 4 persons):
1kg mixed fishes (mullets, squids, shrimps, anchovies)
clean and dry the fishes, in the meanwhile heat a generous quantity of seeds oil.
Cover the fishes with flour in a bowl; deepen them into the very hot oil after having sieved the excessive flour. Check the oil temperature deepening a piece of bread: as soon as it fries the temperature is ok. Brown the fishes inside the oil. Once it is all fried, dry it with paper towels, salt it and serve it with lemon slices.
